Q.How do I request to cancel and receive a refund, and how long will it take to receive my refund?
A. Contact our 24/7 phone support team on (202) 559-3866 and select option 2 for a refund, a refund will be issued if you are within the 30 day money back guarantee period for all front end products.
Allow up to 5-10 business days till you receive the refund.

Q. I just signed up for your system and I am not sure how to get started?

A. Log in to your account using your login details and select "bootcamp" from the navigation bar at the top of the screen, then select "Phase 1", you can begin module 1-3 if you have scheduled in your first coaching call.

 Q. How do I get in contact with my coach?
A. Click the "my coach" tab in the navigation bar.

Q. So how do I login and get started?
A. Log in here: http://thesuperaffiliatenetwork.com/member-hub/ using your email address you signed up with and the password "password" , if you have changed the original password and have forgotten it, select "forgot your password' and reset it.
Once logged in select "bootcamp" from the navigation bar at the top of the screen, then select "Phase 1", you can begin module 1-3.

Q. What are my log in details?

Q. When I try to access the "my business" tab I don't have access, how do I get my affiliate links?
A. You need to connect with your coach and complete the 18 module bootcamp.

Q. I purchased the $1 Trial, will I get charged a monthly subscription and when?
A. You will be charged a monthly subscription of $47 once you pass Module 7 of the profit boosting bootcamp and every month till you cancel your membership or upgrade.

Q. I can't access the bootcamp modules, it says I have to connect with my coach.
A. Schedule in a coaching call with your coach by clicking "my coach" tab in your navigation bar and they will unlock your modules.

Q. How do I send a support ticket to eWallet?

Q. Why havn't I received my bank transfer from eWallet yet?
A. eWallet will hold your bank transfer for 3 days due to their new bank account rule, this will only happen on the first bank transfer
